Our Story

Sempervirens Solutions was born from a desire to help people in the construction industry reclaim their time and their lives. Long hours are the norm, with 50 to 60+ hour weeks far too common.

In my own experience in construction management, I found myself spending more time managing spreadsheets, wrestling with disconnected software tools, and writing and rewriting meeting minutes than actually doing tasks that moved the job forward. I often left the job site exhausted, constantly fighting burnout.

To improve my quality of life, I started automating my own tasks. I built dashboards that let teammates access the data they needed without relying on me for every request, as well as small automations and improvements that saved me from tedious data entry. These simple shifts freed up time for everyone and sparked my passion for building practical solutions to help the users.

Too often, construction teams are buried under bloated software suites that only add to their workload. But when solutions are thoughtfully designed so that everyone benefits and wants to use them, the burden is shared and the work becomes lighter.
